Anxi Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy) Oolong

A delightfully well balanced version of the "Tie Guan Yin" Oolong.  These teas can sometimes be unpleasantly earthy and taste somewhat metallic; but this exemplar has an aromatic and floral top note which beautifully offsets the light roasting of the oolong.
